This recipe is so yummy and so easy…you are going to love it!
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts ( optional)
- 1 20-oz can crushed pineapple with juice.
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Add pineapple and nuts. Stir. Pour in greased 9 by 13 pan. Bake at 325 * Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Stir all together until creamy and spread over cooled cake. Cut into squares as needed.
